Tembusu Events and Communications Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in 2012, producing and executing corporate events such as Dinner and Dances, Anniversary Celebrations, as well as Awards and Gala Nights.

We constantly pushing creative boundaries, thinking of novel concepts and strategies in the conceptualisation and production of special events, combining creative ideas, expert technical direction, meticulous planning and seamless execution.

Our core team comprises talented individuals who are passionate about events and constantly striving for perfection. We combine skills and competencies from a diverse background of hospitality, public relations, military and more to deliver success to every event.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

This brochure allows your team to explore a comprehensive set of options available to create a memorable Dinner and Dance for your company. It is ideal for Dinner and Dance events with up to 1,000 guests and budgets of up to SGD 20,000.00. The options here are not exhaustive and we have included the most popular and value-for-money activities/performance for your selection.

If your expected guest size or budget is higher, kindly drop us an email at info@tembusuevents.com.sg. We will assist you with a customised proposal.

Here’s a quick guide to help you start!

  1. Event Management, Graphic Design, Emcee and Sound System are compulsory items. Kindly select the option that matches your number of guests and the Emcee that you preferred.
  2. Based on the size of the stage that the venue is providing, select the stage backdrop size that will fit. Feel free to check with us if you do not have the floor plan or need our suggestions.
  3. Pre-dinner activities and performances are optional, we advise having one activity for every 100 guests and two performances for one night.
  4. Once you are done, select “Get a Quote” and you will be directed to a checkout page. Fill in your details and we will respond within 10 working days with a package price and with our suggestions if there are any.
  5. If you have any clarifications or experience any problems with the system, you can reach out to us by our email.

*Note: Some hotels/venues may require the purchase of an additional power supply, please enquire with us separately.
